Figure 1-E:  Side material cut and ready to bend.  This is done with a propane torch into a 1.5 in electrical conduit and bending the wood over it.
Figure 1-D:  Point blocks, headblock and tailpiece block cut out on bandsaw.
Figure 1-C:  Overlays added and truss rod installed.
